Positive: Everything!!! Hampton is usually where I prefer to stay when I travel because it is always great. But this stuff is the definition of absolutely great customer service!!! Scale to 1 to 10, 12!!! All the stuff was great but Lucy was amazing.
Negative: Only thing I didn't like was I couldn't stay longer there!!!!
